Caldo De Pollo
1 lb Chicken Legs
1 Choped Onion
1 cup chopped Carrots
1 cup chopped Zucchini
2 chopped Celery
4 cubed Potatoes
1 Clove Chopped Garlic
2 Tablespoon Salt
2 Quarts Water
2 cup Rice
1. Cook white rice with salt and buter.
2. Pressure cook remaining ingredients for 15 minuts.
Then remove the bones.
3. When serving put cooked rice in a bowl then add the soup.
